Mix with Twist
(06th April 2018)
Crescita, the Human Resource Society of DTU East Campus organized Mix with Twist as part of the annual college fest EXUBERANCE’18. It included 2 rounds, the first was HR based online quiz which consisted of MCQs, case studies, and some brainstorming questions. The second round contained three sub-level competitions related to food like pizza eating competition, momos race, etc.
AFTAB, The rising Pageant
(23rd February 2019)
This event was part of the annual college fest TRACTION’19. It was a personality show, the first round allowed participants to showcase their interests. Round two included 1-1 debate, HR crisis management case studies. The final round included role-playing, situational based questions, and the final round included jury Q&A and some fun filled food tasks.
Team Building Workshop
(01st November 2020)
A team-building workshop was conducted, delivered by Ms. Neha Kalra (HR specialist and assistant professor in college). The agenda of the workshop was to understand how team building can improve coordination, communication, teamwork, cooperation, and trust within the team members so that they can increase their productivity to the maximum.
Group Discussion Session
(07th November 2020)
A GD was organized for HR members to develop our members in HR dealings and personal growth. The topic was Friends, enemies, or frenemies.

(08th August 2020)
A webinar on ‘soft skills required for the corporate world was organized’, delivered by Mr. Kapil Sharma (chief manager (HR) SRF ltd) via Google meet. It was an opportunity for students to get an insight into how one's personality affects the workplace and how to build successful character for the corporate world.

A Webinar was conducted on the topic ‘How COVID 19 has impacted everyone in terms of industries and companies. It was delivered by Ms. Rashi Ramani who is an expert in human resources. The webinar covered the insights into how businesses must navigate the financial and operational challenges of coronavirus while rapidly addressing the needs of their people, customers, and suppliers.
